  • Overview

    The Human Resources Coordinator provides full, first point-of-contact Human Resources support to company employees and addresses employee issues, initiates, and executes Human Resources related programs.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Provides customer service to employees, both in the HR office and the plant floor. Expectation is to spend daily time in plant to connect with internal customers. Documents conversations with employees and communicates issues and concerns to the HR manager. Helps support compliance for all policies.
    • Weekly review of timekeeping program to ensure warnings are issued timely, and makes corrections to timekeeping as needed.
    • Ordering and tracking of employee uniforms; escalation of concerns when needed.
    • Assists and supports recruiting and new employee orientation as needed.
    • Works with security access software to create badges for employees and temps.  Actively adheres to policy concerning issuing of contractor badges, and specifically, visitor policy.


    Education, Experience & Knowledge:

    • High school diploma, Associates degree preferred.
    • Two plus years of customer service experience, HR experience preferred.


    Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong communication skills
    • Effective computer skills and Microsoft Office applications.
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish

    Hours: 10am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday
