    Our Human Resources team is evolving, and this Human Resources Coordinator position is an ideal opportunity to build your own HR career while supporting 150 employees at our Selma plant. In this full-time position you will serve as the first point-of-contact for our employees by answering their questions, addressing their concerns and promoting Human Resources programs. You will have exposure to all HR disciplines and have an opportunity to participate in cross-functional projects.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Handles HR related questions and issues. Documents conversations with employees and communicates issues and concerns to the HR Generalist or HR Manager.
    • Monitors open positions and manages them in our applicant tracking system (iCIMS).  
    • Monitors all I-9 documentation.  Enters all information into the HRIS and Security systems for new hires and rehires.  Administers E-Verify, background checks and drug screenings.
    • Processes New Hire and daily orientation for temporary staff.  Enters all information in ADP HRIS and Kronos Time and Attendance systems.
    • Acts as a back-up for answering telephones and manages uniforms.  
    • Translates for Spanish speaking employees.
    • Enters data for Safe Quality Food (SQF) registers and helps with the SQF training. 


    • Associate's degree is preferred.
    • Three plus years of Human Resources experience.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Effective computer skills.
    • Fluent in Spanish.
