The Category Manager, Commercial Ingredients is responsible for product line management of the Commercial Ingredients channel. This includes leading and managing all branded and private label efforts, requiring a cross-functional collaborative spirit.
Bachelor of Arts/Science degree in Business Administration or related discipline. Ideally MBA. Five plus years of proven product line management experience in the food service industry. Food service marketing background required. Ideally both branded and private label. Strong fundamental business background in product/customer opportunity development, business mix analysis and overall financial acumen. Significant experience leading/managing complex cross-functional projects.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and presentation skills. Solid competency modeling sales and financial opportunities. Computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office applications. Ability to travel up to 20%.
