    Impressively stable, value oriented food manufacturing company with deep community roots, rich history and exciting, quality driven brands such as Orchard Valley Harvest and Fisher is looking for an energetic, driven and enthusiastic sales professional to join our strategically infused Food Services Sales Team as a Business Manager, Southeast.


    Must have qualifications:

    • Drive for results and desire to learn, develop, and expand responsibilities             
    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • 3+ years of direct sales experience in Food Services
    • Experience selling branded products, preferably premiums brands
    • Experience selling directly to food restaurant and non-commercial operators
    • Experience working with and developing relationships with food distributors
    • Established sales skills
    • Florida residency

    This energetic Business Manager will be responsible for sales, development, and growth of the John B. Sanfilippo and Son, Inc. (JBSS) Food Services business within Southeast territory. 

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Develops plans for growing the business, developing accounts, and strengthening the operator and distributor relationships.
    • Manage a broker network in assigned markets including setting goals, jointly developing plans, and driving executional follow though
    • Analyzes markets and accounts by category, product, SKU, packaging and overall account conditions
    • Anticipates problems/opportunities to enable JBSS, Inc. to be in a proactive position in their major account across all departments, categories, and product lines.
    • Achieves distribution objectives on branded and private label products across all segments within foodservice.
    • Attains corporate annual sales plans each fiscal year, communicates critical information and participants in the annual sales planning process.
    • Plans and develops account analysis, business reviews, and account meetings.
    • Manages sales operating expense for regional territory.
    • Participates in account acceptance of promotions that are in line with promotional objectives and guidelines of JBSS foodservice business.
