The quality supervisor is responsible for assisting management with the execution of quality control programs and systems at the JBSS plant. The person in this position supervises the quality control technicians and is responsible for the direction, supervision, training and evaluation of employees. Supporting the quality systems manager, the quality supervisor will provide leadership to assure continuity of quality and food safety programs.
